We are committed to upholding outstanding quality and service at OMG Coffee Company. Sometimes you can make a mistake ordering, or we can make a mistake in fulfilling; either way, we are here to make things right. Give us a call or send us an email, and we will quickly and efficiently resolve the issue!

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on opened products. All claims for damaged/lost goods or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
